Nothing will help guarantee success in a cluttered cafe market more than expert training on all the ins and outs of espresso making and lots and lots of, yes, you guessed it, PRACTICE. We work on the 'make and throw' principle. We have a barista trainer with many years experience in busy cafes who is on hand for one on one training either on site at your place or in our purpose- built training room. It takes longer than you think to become proficient so don’t underestimate the time and effort required here. We’ll keep at it with you for as long as it takes! We work from a 9-unit programme and our own 110 page book, “For the Love of Coffee”.
